We are new to the area and haven’t had a chance to establish a vet. We woke up to our 4 year old dog having emergency issues. I’ll save you the details but it was blood coming from places it shouldn’t be! We called every vet in Crestview and Niceville and no one would see us. We got everything from “we are too over booked” “we aren’t taking new patients because of COVID” and “take her to the emergency vet over an hour away and they will see her if they can but you will pay more without a referral from a vet.” This dog mom wa... read more

great caring staff. I have been taking my Abby there for 16years now. The staff is great and the Dr's as well.
The staff was so considerate of our need to be with our Maggie as she crossed that Rainbow Bridge to the other side. They brought us in through the back into a private room were we were able to hold her & be with her until she wasn't with us any more. I can't thank them enough for giving us this final time with her. They made a plaster paw print of one of Maggie's paws for us to take home & rewrapped her in a clean blanket to take her home in to her fiinal resting place. I used to go there yrs ago before I moved to North of Crestview and yesterday went back with one my Danes. I have always loved the vets there and now I will drive that hr to go back with all 4 of my danes. They did a great job yesterday with him and luv the vets there. One thing for sure they do care about the animals it's not just in and out. Keep up the great work. <3

Thank you to Bayside for staying open during this difficult time. Puggles (Patton) needed her Cytopoint shot yesterday as she was miserable and the staff were amazing...coming out to our car and also cleaning her ears.
