Sam the owner is very meticulous and conscientious. The build quality is very good. Sam was very helpful with a Tarion claim for a leaking door frame. In the end he had the manufacturer replace a door frame. We highly recommend Bayside Homes (Sam).
A very disappointing experience. A very disorganized and unprofessional project manager who is the owners son, makes the process frustrating and alot more complicated than it has to be. Bayside ruined the driveway through their neglect and caused us to file a Tarion Warranty claim within 24 hours of receiving the occupancy permit. Unprofessional and inexperienced, we recommend you choose a different builder.
