Beware! Ryan doesn't pay his contractors as promised!
Buyer beware and get ready for buyer's remorse. Bought a house from them. I was told if I find anything wrong, just let them know and they'll have someone to take care of it. What a joke! Once they get your money at settlement you are forgotten. They have an excuse for everything, i.e. i totally forgot, someone will be in touch with you Monday, a crew will take of all items next week, its the garage guys work, its the set crews work, etc. My advice is when shopping for a new home from them wear waders because it will get dee... read more
Ryan is eager to sell you a home, but once he does you are not a priority anymore. He will promise and promise but never fallows through. So make sure before you settle everything is perfect because you will wait forever to have anything fixed.
