Crystal was awesome, she explained every step on how to set it up, how to use it, and how to clean and maintain it. I was nervous about the whole process but I left my appointment confident on how to use it.
A doctor recommended Bayside because they were so amazing to work with and really care about the patients! We were given instructions very thorough and clear information and you can tell she really cared that we understood and made sure questions or answered. 10/10 recommend.
If you want to run a business, someone has to be there to answer the phone and make schedules, and ask questions. In essence no transfer over to customer service representatives. Not a good way to start with a new client. I guess I will have to look at other companies. When management goes cheap on their labor, there is a cost.
Crystal was ready when I arrived and was very thorough with the instructions. I feel comfortable reaching out if I have any questions. They made the process very easy.
