Her professionalism is admiring and she made sure any questions I had were answered so I understood clearly. She made sure I had contact numbers to reach her should I have any questions or problems with my equipment in the future. She was overall very knowledgeable, as well as prepared with my Pulmonologist 's findings to assist me any and all ways she could.
