On a Friday afternoon after I returned home from a trip, I noticed that our Bryant HVAC wasn't working. I was pleased that Carlos, the owner of Bayside Refrigeration, arranged to have Jehovany, a technician, come by on Saturday afternoon at a time that fit into my schedule. Jehovany made progress diagnosing the issue and returned at 8 am on Monday to consult with Bryant tech support for assistance. I seldom write reviews but this company was really great. Had 3 well known companies come out and discuss full house vs room options for my two story home. Chris from Bayside was the most knowledgable and discussed considerations that the others never mentioned. He was not the low bidder but worked with me to get a full-house system that I could afford.
