Firstly, i was not satisfied the booking making procedures already, no one reconfirmed my booking even though I sent few emails to Amanxx (as i couldn’t call, line is always busy). Secondly, i dun know why when i did the stress echocardiogram, the staff used something to scratch my chest skin, it was painful and looked very awful right now, as can see multiple scratch marks here. Nice welcoming Clinic. The specialists are excellent and can highly recommend. However the time it takes for a report to be typed and sent to the GP is very slow. Have experienced this twice now, and each time have had to call (as well as our GP calling too) to chase up the report. Apart from that inconvenience, if you are prepared to wait, then all good
BH has the most amazing team. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and eased any kinds of anxiety I had completely. I’d highly recommend this clinic.

Great for general cardiology needs. Sandeep is an excellent professor in the sector. The reception needs some improvements. I got through and then they hung up rather then answering. Called straight back and then i spoke with a person who was very unorganised and unprofessional. It did not instill much confidence in the clinic. I was then hand balled to someone else who was just brash towards me for no reason. It made feel as if I was a nuisance to the business, totally unnecessary.
