Needless to say I'm not very happy. I am usually thankful for their services. But not in this case. On the 26th of last month I had an appointment. A new appointment called for me to have blood work done. I had a return date for the 9th which is tomorrow. Who is Kevin an opportunity to go to Gainesville to make some money. I have called a few times to set up an appointment. No call back. The after hours answering service can not even tell me the office hours tomorrow nor if it may be available for me to be seen. I was cursed at and hung up on three times and Angela is extremely rude condescending and unprofessional. It was as if I bothered their hang out spot tonight. This star review is solely for the woman that did the teeth cleaning in 2021. I’ve always thought back to this experience and I need closure from the way she treated me. It was about my third cleaning in and she decided that I didn’t need to be numbed and proceeded to clean my teeth and hurt me the entire time. For some reason she started to become rude to me my 2nd visit in. When I tell you I was in pain, that would be an understatement.
