Got ripped off for $1150 BY THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS. I asked for Charcoal coloured sleepers as listed on their web site only be sent sleepers that looked like cats piss. As they were returned and I asked for a refund they charged me a whopping 20 per cent handling fee and delivery fee for something I couldn't use. I got absolutely nothing for $1150. Avoid them at all costs.

Price for concrete sleepers is outrageous. I paid $45 in February and today was charged $63 per sleeper. That's over 30% Increase. They have lost my business. $257 FOR 4 X 2.4M SLEEPERS

These people took payment before work was completed, I overpaid as what was installed was less than the paid quoted amount. I tried to contact them for 4 months before someone replied only for them to take no responsibility. These people are thieves DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered a gate and paid a deposit through Bayside Gate Frames which they couldn’t supply. I was given a refund but 6mth later I am still chasing my money because they have gone into voluntary administration. No one will return my calls, no one will give me a straight answer. Do not use this company!!

Terrible service by there accounts team. Faulty product, then when asked about it they defect to there supplier which then goes around in circles. Purchased through you, should have been rectified. Every time rang them they would say we will call you back. Won’t be back.
