DO NOT USE After 6 weeks job still not completed (commercial kitchen mechanical exhaust fan). Fan not working as it should. Incorrect ducting. Poor workmanship - not really sure on what they were doing. Never get a return call as promised. Never showed up on 2 occasion when said they would come to finish the work. Had a call from the owner of company - apologising with the issue. Said would be rectified - still waiting.....

These guys did the heating and cooling on my new build with Bentley Homes 6 years ago, When I moved in the cooling didn't work and heating ducts for living area were not connected. Ducting in roof keeps coming apart and I am currently getting quotes to have what i am told is poorly installed cheap ducting replaced. I didn't expect to have to do this after just 6 years.
We have just had ducted heating and cooling installed by Bayside Gas Appliances. They arrived exacty at the time we had agreed on and the installation crew were curteous and friendly. After installation we were instructed on how to operate and program the controller and the site was cleaned up completely including sweeping and vacuuming. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
