Such a peculiar place. Nice furniture, seems conscientious being Canadian made, with an emphasis on natural materials apparently. Yet I visited three times, twice myself and once with my wife, and got wildly varying levels of service. Lawrence was wonderful, animated, informative. Kevin and a sales lady whose name I didn't catch, weren't quite the same. I won't go into the long story of everything that went wrong. I'll just say that the manager of this company was so difficult to deal with that I told him to just keep the sofa I paid $4579 for rather than spend one more minute listening to him be cold, dismissive and rude. That's how bad it was, and I just wanted it over with. I ended up buying a sofa from EQ3, it was delivered in 3 days.
