Went shopping for a replacement for my truck that my daughter "borrowed" and found myself at Bayside Ford. I have used the service center here on several occasions and was very happy with them, but let me tell you the sales service/staff is just amazing. Outstanding service at Bayside Ford. Shayne, the service advisor made valuable suggestions which made my visit very productive.
I had JP help me with my purchase and it went amazing. He listed to us, was considerate, patient, and understanding. I brought my daughter with me to purchase the vehicle and she hadn’t had dinner so I ordered door dash. He saw our food had arrived and told me to eat and we would get to the paperwork after. Seriously the kindest salesman I have ever experienced. God Bless him and his family
