I had the worst experience with Bayside Ford of King George they performed 2 recalls on my 2018 Ford Focus and when I got it back it is running worst than ever with a check engine light on my dash
Very rude customer service after purchasing a vehicle. Day of purchase was amazing but when I called back with concerns about my ford pass points not being put on, it took over a week, 2 different people of saying they would call me back that never called and the 3rd person being extremely rude and unprofessional. Another Ford dealership closer to me, told me I had to contact the Ford dealership I purchased the brand new truck from and every time I called it was no its not us we can't do anything about it. My experience at this dealership’s service department was amazing. My service writer was Natasha Reynolds. She had great communication for the entire time my vehicle was in service. She was honest and helpful. I feel that she went over and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired and that I was happy about the repair and the price. I recommend Natasha as a great service writer for Bayside Ford. 🎉😊🎊
