What was quoted as a 1 day job has turned into a 4 month affair with 3 seperate appointments spanning a number of days. Floor work was poor quality and I was invoiced despite work not being complete. 4 months post initial appointment and I still am awaiting skirting boards and flooring repairs in 4 rooms. Customer service is non existent, continue to be passed around through generic email addresses. No way to escalate a complaint.
