It's essentially a grassy field with a building with bathrooms. The biggest problem is that it is supposed to be no dogs but people bring their dogs here, even dog trainers to do their work, and almost ALL dogs are off leash. Owners do not always pick up after the dog so dog poop it everywhere. And the parks department does nothing to enforce it.
