Dr Nicholls was on time, courteous and thorough. She is very knowledgeable, empathic and the longer appointment allowed me to not feel rushed and be able to ask as many questions as I needed. My experience was positive and I will be returning to see her again. It is a relief to find a GP experienced in women's health, especially menopause. The reception staff were also courteous and made my experience easy.
