I work away from home and rang with need for an appointment at short notice. My appointment and consultation were all attended to promptly and professionally. Seamless.
Have seen a number of doctors here for my children and myself and they’ve all been wonderful, especially Liz Zammit and Trisha Nichols. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses who we’ve seen for immunisations have been lovely too. Exactly what my family and I have needed for all our multiple health needs (pregnancy, early childhood, allergies, immunisation etc)
I've just recently become a patient at the practice and have been impressed and delighted by the attitude and professionalism of the doctors and the support staff.
I don't often leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences left me with a bit of a bad taste in the mouth. While my medical questions were resolved by the doctor, the admin team were friendly, and I understand that the logistics of my most recent consultation caused a bit of confusion, I strongly feel that communication and timeliness could be improved.
