Would highly advise against coming here. I ended up in the hospital because of improper treatment. I came in complaining of tooth pain and instead of properly assessing the situation, Dr. Hong diagnosed my condition as something completely off base and her recommendations landed me in the ER. The doctors in the hospital immediately spotted the blatant error. This dentist’s incompetent practices have taken years off my life from this traumatic experience and I recommend everyone else take caution.
no teeth cleaning was done. they said do teeth cleaning at follow up appointment. no follow up appointment was offered. unbelievably extremely low care, incompetence and neglect.
Helen Hong has always treated her patients with care and professionalism. The front office staff are pleasant and polite. I have only positive things to say about this office after coming here for years.
