Not a good experience - no fee estimate provided before appt - hour wait to be seen - didn’t upload tests from referring optometrist (the reason I was there!) - charged $165 for a test that the optometrist includes in the bulk billed appointment It’s a business not a medical practice 🙁
The nurses where kind…doctor Yeoh on the other hand seemed annoyed to see me or visit me and send me out in less that 10mins.. I was told by the doctor I have to pay only 130$ for the scan as I have a referral…I ended up paying 460$.
Excellent group of ophthalmologists I have known professionally for many years. Dr Shiu has looked after me personally with excellent care and equally exemplary skills and clinical acumen. He communicates very well with clear advice and the rationale for his diagnostic processing. The initial tests do take time and it is a necessary process for the ophthalmologist to formulate his or her diagnosis and management plan. 5 Stars!
