First I will say, my root canal was a complete success and the endodontist and assistant were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and explained the procedure and what to expect. On the downside, they expect payment in full while you're laying in the examination chair. Very odd! I have paid for services upfront, but never have I been asked for payment while in the chair.
