Billing department is unhelpful. Would not accept my payment, said it went to collections already even though I received no bill.

I received care in the emergency room of St. Anthony's in Feb 2025. Pleased with hospital service, but their billing service is antiquated and inaccurate. I paid an invoice and find out 3 months later it was submitted to collections! I had to spend an hour on the phone and submit proof of payment (canceled check). Poor accounts receivable department. I had no choice in choosing this company in the emergency room. If I had, I would select someone else. If they cannot run an simple accounts receivable function, how can they do... read more

Last July I visited the SAH ER due to a tendon injury, got an x-ray saw a physicians assistant for less than 10 minutes. All they did to help was get me a sling and tell me to ice it. I paid my $1500 ER months ago and to my surprise I just received another $1350 from these crooks. nope. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Greedy health care providers and insurance companies are killing people in the country.

It’s easy to understand why Bayside Emergency Physicians has a low rating of 1.5 stars. I had a straightforward emergency room visit at St. Anthony’s in September 2023. However, 16 months later, I discovered that Bayside failed to submit my insurance claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield on time. After months of trying to resolve the issue through phone calls, I learned that Blue Cross denied the claim because Bayside's third-party billing professionals in the Philippines filed it too late.
