Bayside solicitors efficiently and respectfully handled our mother’s will and the subsequent distribution of her estate on her death. They drew up mum’s will, while she was in the nursing home making sure everything was clear so that there would be no future trouble. This meant that probate went through quickly so that we could distribute the estate in the way our mother had directed. I contacted Bayside Community Legal Service for help with a vehicle registered in my name but financed under my ex-partner’s name, connected to domestic and financial abuse. The program coordinator, Julianne, spoke down to me and showed no compassion or trauma-informed understanding. She asked six times about a property settlement I wasn’t seeking and left me confused, distressed, and in tears. Agreed called twice, very rude receptionist. The service advertises availability of appointments and support services, but can't get passed the receptionist.
