I went to the er for severe leg pain had to wait in the lobby due to the 4 rooms where full. Please forgive me I don't remember the nurse or rude dr name the nurse rolled her eyes while taking report me like I was lying to her. Also by the time the dr came in the first thing she asked me was do you do iv drugs did not care what was wrong with me. I came into Bayside Hospital with a broken wrist. The staff was very supportive, caring and transparent. I was kept informed of all the processes and procedures. I needed X-rays and they were able to provide that service at their location.
