Yous really need to train your team better or at least whoever takes the calls. I had a mere 15 min conversation with whoever called me from this team, and was told "its obvious i have a major depressive disorder" despite never being diagnosed with anything of the sort before - im secluded with asd2 - not "heavily depressed". I asked for a referral from my gp regarding stress - not anything that made me sad. Go here if you want to be misdiagnosed, yet to see how it is in person but so far not looking great from this perspect... read more
Dr Joseph is a horrible man that will Judge you and called me a Junkie for being tired at an early appointment after id had only a few hours of tired of sleep because I. Only got notified about the appointment by phone call that morning ,he also then called my medical marijuana doctor and tried to spot me from getting medication I need then just yesterday he called my gp and got me cut off my pain medication meds I was only taking 2 of a day has now been cut off and I'm in horrible pain from my broken foot and snapped teeth ... read more
Invasive phone calls by psychologist checking if taking medication and quizzing what type of medication I’m on (even though they already have information), not on a treatment order. Inappropriate.
