I’ve had several problems with the work being done on my Jeep. It appears the issues are being taken care of and the problems seem to have been fixed, although I’m still waiting on a part. This dealership, like many, seems to struggle with communication between sales, parts, and especially the service department. I worked in the service department for Chrysler dealerships for 30 years, and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve seen with all departments working together I believe this could be a great place... read more
