Amazing service when buying the car. Cannot get a hold of anyone to get an update about the license plates. It’s been several months since the car was bought and when I call for an update, they answer maybe 1 out of every 5 calls, put me on hold for 10+ minutes and then hang up. The temp plate expires in one week and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Usually I dont leave reviews but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve left voice messages and called several times for weeks now.

My 2025 Jeep Wrangler has an issue and needs service. I initially wasn't thrilled with the process at Bayside but after offering my complaint a supervisor called me and fixed the problem. I'm highly impressed they are paying attention to their clients needs and adjusting their client experience to my needs. Thank you Brandon Bean.

Worst service that exists, over a year of waiting and still no success. I tried to get a radio replaced on my Jeep compass due to delamenating on the screen. Not once, not twice, but three times did I take off work to come and get this fixed just to have the dealership call later in the day to let me know they had ordered the incorrect part. The Sales guy with the dreads was really nice and extremely helpful. Marv was kinda rude and kept referring to my mom as a breeder since she has 5 kids and it really made us uncomfortable.
