I actually received a video e-mail showing the service on my vehicle. That was quite nice! the work was done in a timely manner as well.
I had my vehicle serviced for multiple issues. The service manager thoroughly explained each finding and included a video report created by the tech. They worked quickly to complete all the service items. I received great service.
Another great routine service appointment. Added an additional service when there and both services were done ahead of my expected wait time. Was in and out in under an hour for an oil change and transfer case service. Received separate videos from techs for each service and checkout was quick.
Bayside Chevrolet in Prince Frederick is the best! Super easy to schedule service appointments, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I love the service video they provide for my vehicle, and the location is spotless. And Jayson, my service rep, is always awesome!
I was greeted promptly, all of my concerns were addressed. Communication was excellent.
