Very helpful, professional, answered all the questions, explained how everything worked in the car. Never forced a sale, gave you space and time to make a decision. Love the car, thought I was going to buy a Ford. I am very satisfied with my Chevy.
People in service department are very nice. My complaint is that i asked for my tires Not to be rotated and they noted it on paper work but yet they still rotated them. 2 days later i went to use my winshield washer and my fluid was empty. I start to wonder now how many other things they missed.
Bayside Chevy Service is the absolute best. Outstanding in all regards. I am always 100% satisfied when my vehicle is returned to me. Ellen andMathew keep me informed and ask permission when something else is found. My final bill isn’t a shock because I am informed throughout the process. Rich is a tenacious and expert technician who has solved the most difficult infotainment problems. I highly recommend Bayside to anyone servicing their vehicle no matter what the make is.
