Extremely poor care from this "doctor" Roach 🪳, at Bayonet Point Hospital. Had an emergency and he felt it was important enough for me to be in the hospital for 3 days, but not important enough to see me for 3 days. Admitted to the hospital Friday evening. 35 , Mom of 2, Tampa FL Dr. Roach and his secretary are very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I went for a mommy makeover consultation in April 2024. When I first entered his office, the first thing that caught my eye and that of my partner's was the number of diplomas, certifications, and awards decorating his entire office, which showed his years of experience. Received a referral due to medical concerns and the receptionist was very cold, rude, and uninformative. I had to pry for answers to basic questions and assistance with next steps. Her tone and demeanor made me request a new referral as I would be frightened to be treated here if this is what the first interaction is like.
Dr. Roach also does hand surgery. He was very accomodating in attending to my emergency and explaining how he would tend to my injury. He did a great job repairing the damage and saving my severed finger.
Very satisfying of all he did for me to remove all the cancer from my nose! And make me look like it wasn’t even there ! Very thankful blessed for him! Very professional and explained how he would go about the whole process! Very grateful!
