Received a referral due to medical concerns and the receptionist was very cold, rude, and uninformative. I had to pry for answers to basic questions and assistance with next steps. Her tone and demeanor made me request a new referral as I would be frightened to be treated here if this is what the first interaction is like.
Dr. Roach also does hand surgery. He was very accomodating in attending to my emergency and explaining how he would tend to my injury. He did a great job repairing the damage and saving my severed finger.

Dr. Roach and his staff were very friendly and professional. I just got a breast lift done and Dr. Roach did an amazing job, I highly recommend him. They made me feel super comfortable through the entire process!
Dr Roach and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and like I was a person not a number. He also did an amazing job fixing a botch job I had done from a prior surgeon! He does great work you won’t regret going to him!
