I recently ordered my first product from Bayside, which was despatched promptly, but there was a problem. Although it appears the problem arose because Australia Post opened the packaging because the product was a liquid, the lovely owner of Bayside rang me immediately to apologise and to offer to send me another bottle of the product! You can't ask for better service than that and now I'll regularly buy products from Bayside. Thank you from a satisfied customer.
