It's not a broker, just a third party that takes a commission. Unless you are a new business, you will be lucky to talk to a broker, just the receptionist who knows nothing.
The members and Owners of our Community Corporation found Bayside Brokers to be extremely unprofessional, and even rude, in their dealings with us. They only ever quoted us the most expensive premiums from the largest Strata insurance firm, CHU, and never went out of their way to find anything cheaper. When we took this into our own hands, we easily found comparable cover for about $2k cheaper per annum. I would stay away from Bayside Brokers and try elsewhere.
