I had these guys come out to replace a bilge pump on my boat in August 2024. They came out, replaced the bilge pump, and went on their way. I assumed all was well, and my boat was protected against any storms etc. While getting my boat ready for the upcoming season, I discovered that they had never wired the bilge pump. It was just sitting there disconnected and therefore not functional. I’m extremely lucky the boat didn’t sink at the dock or even worse sink out on the water with kids on board.
