Our gate came off the roller and because it’s an abnormal size - extra length and extremely heavy. I couldn’t repair it myself. I I messaged Lee who responded within a few minutes and repaired the problem the next day with no mess and no fuss. I wasn’t inconvenienced and by the time I arrived home, the problem was sorted. My pooches were safe ‘n sound too.
My husband and I have been trying to get a service from this place for 2 months. My husband got through to the guy on 2 occasions and he said he would swing by - he did not. Then I got through and the same thing happened. Now there number just says this message bank is full and you can’t leave a message
