Today, I visited Bayside Auto Repair shop for the first time on my friend's referral, and I’m pleased to say that they finally fixed the check engine light issue that I had for a long time. I liked this shop because they were really honest and transparent. Iris and her team took care of dealing with the insurance company in fixing my Toyota Prius sensor damage and bumper. I can always leave my cars with them and sleep easy that they will do their best to return it repaired. They were also nice enough to wash my car which I did not ask for, which is nice of them.
Iris and her team are phenomenal! She handled everything for me, from setting up the claim to following up with insurance and car rental. She never was bothered by my questions. Incredibly communicative. Her team is so meticulous. I highly recommend!!
I had a great experience at this auto shop. They changed my tire quickly and did a really good job. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you find honest service with fair pricing.
