I felt I’ve got good service
Welcoming and competent office staff, and Dr. Conrad is the best! Back today after a long hiatus for a problem I was having replacing wax guards. Carolyn took care of the problem in a jiffy. Again, bravo to Bayside and a particular shout out of thanks to Carolyn!👏👏

Had my 1st appt here after my longtime audiologist retired. The office staff were welcoming and accommodating setting up the appointment and providing online questionnaires to complete. Dr Sokolowski did reviewed my hearing history and did a thorough evaluation as well as discuss possible interventions in the near future. My hearing care is in competent hands.
