Bayside is a dream after the previous apartment I was in. I love no carpet, beautiful white kitchen cabinets, extra storage closets, and the gray color scheme. Everything works! Customer service is prompt and thorough. Leasing staff are friendly and respectful. I'm really happy that I moved here.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Sophia has always been responsive and helpful as the manager. Thankfully she’s stuck around especially with the property ownership changes. I’ve had very few issues, and whenever something did come up, it was resolved quickly. This was the first apartment I got on my own and it’s the management here made it a very bad experience! When we moved in the manager at the time was very nice and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. After a month or two they changed the manager and added a new leasing agent who was very rude and would talk to the us residents like we owed them something.
