We have lived here since November 2024 and has been one of the best apartment experiences we’ve had! We’re getting a house in November so we’re leaving, otherwise we’d happily keep living here. It’s quiet, they have landscaping that keeps the area looking nice, neighbors are super friendly, and we feel safe. Another plus is we never had any bug issues which was my biggest fear moving into an apartment complex. Sad to say goodbye but if you’re looking for a a great apartment complex this is the place

We’ve been living at Bayside Apartments for two years now and are so happy to be renewing our lease. One of the best parts of living here recently has been getting to know the new property manager, Sophia. She’s been an absolute joy—super attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we feel comfortable and taken care of. The one star that I leave here is for John, in maintenance. He is by far the best! Please understand that when you rent here, you CANNOT depend on the office staff for anything. They never answer the phone, they do not return voicemails or emails. It’s pointless to try. I even tried taking my problems to Avenue 5 (corporate) and had to leave voicemails there as well. With NO RETURN CALLS! We lived here for 5 years when Greystar owned the property and Tracy was the manager! It WAS amazing! We moved away but came back in Decem... read more
Mark in the leasing office is the absolute best. He continues to take care of me and my family here making it feel like home
