DONT SIGN A LEASE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES IN YOUR KITCHEN !!!Front office staff are incompetent and will lie straight to your face and. ROACH INFESTED LIVING!!! Cheap flooring clean paint. Cheap restroom shower paint will peel and crack after a month. Sewage smell coming from sinks and shower and a nasty color water. PARKING IS CRAZY YOU HAVE TO PARK IN THE STREET! They have a trash fee plus another trash free for someone once a week to pick up ONE BAG OF TRASH AND THROW IT OUT … you can’t avoid that fee.
I used to be a resident here for 5 years when it was a Greystar property and it was run/maintained very well by the leasing team. Since Avenue 5 has taken over and I’ve come back, customer service seems to be non existent. The parking situation here is absolutely terrible. Numerous cars with expired registration are taking up spaces along with totaled vehicles taking spaces as well. Every month charges are different. Went in claim now that I owe for non occupancy charges of 50.00 dollars also a 35.00 letter fee to reprimand me on something that they could have typed up on a word sheet and send it to my by email when the building is right next door. When lease is up run!!!

Very sad about how things went here. I do not recommend moving here if you have little kids ages 4 or under. My family had lived here for a year and change and almost the entire time, we dealt with noise complaints due to my kids being kids. I’m sad because we heard lots of noise from other neighbors and never complained because we understood it’s an apartment complex, not a private home!!!
