What a joke. They make it nearly impossible to pay a bill.
Beware of the scam that Bayside Anesthesia Medical Group runs. I asked in my hospital gurney on the way to surgery, to Kasra Saravakash (the anesthesiologist) if I needed to worry about unexpected charges. I said: "I try to figure not to have any surprises, and I asked everybody if I'm cleared for my surgery and I am." She said: "don't worry relax, I'll take care of you." Now I get a bill for $197. They charged $1250 for anesthesia ( when other doctors are still in the $800 range). Also they wouldn't tell me what medicine th... read more
Doctor was great, office staff is great. Outside billing company they use is infuriatingly incompetent. Contradicting messages as I make my SEVENTH call just trying to pay a $99 co-pay! It's still unresolved, and now I worry about my credit rating.
One star because they delivered anesthesia. RE their billing department? I am searching a remedy for Bayside unapologetically double billing me. Draw your own conclusions.
Bayside made an initial mistake in the amount they billed me for anesthesia for my surgery on Dec 18, 2023. I have records of phone calls with them in December, February, and late March...the company has STILL not sent me the correct itemized bill for the correct amount. I want to pay my bill and settle my account, but Bayside does not seem interested in me doing so-- I was told twice " we need at least 30-45 days to correct the mistake"....it's been much longer than that, I have taken the initiative to contact them as remin... read more
