I’m currently renting a studio apartment here. My landlord and his property manager are lovely but the building and whoever is in charge are not! I see they are still advertising this place with a pool which is what made me write this. This is the SECOND summer I’ve been here and the pool has NEVER BEEN WORKING! We came here in an air bnb. The price was reasonable for Miami. The unit I was in was definitely land lord special for a lot of things …. It was fine overall, we got a good nights sleep!
