I brought my Previa transmission here 10yrs ago. It had a freshly rebuilt engine and the shop I was at decided to ignore the transmission (I asked them to have it rebuilt while the engine was out). Anyways, I brought here, we set up a time to drop it and within 3 days it was done. I was sent pictures of the burnt planetary gears. So everything was changed out and also a shift kit added. I swear I made this review a long time ago, but maybe Google erased it. Even to this day, the Previa is running strong.

Tried getting an appointment. Could not get a confirmation. The shop was not open according to their listing. They were unwilling to even take a look at my vehicle
