My father was in this facility for three days. I do not recommend this facility. You need to do your research when picking a nursing home and trust the reviews.

I am disappointed and frustrated with the way Bayshore Pointe has handled a very sensitive and serious matter. My mother passed away just one day after we paid for her monthly stay. During an already difficult and emotional time, we were told the refund would be processed within 30 days. It has now been well over that timeframe, and instead of honoring their commitment, I’ve been met with delays, vague responses, and a complete lack of accountability. My 83 year old sister was admitted to Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center after a 10 day hospital stay from a UTI and sepsis. The entire staff was amazing! The very competent rehab team worked with her daily and she made significant progress in one week’s time. Our goal was to have her strong enough to travel by plane with her son and daughter to her new memory care facility in Minnesota.
