I bought my mom 1 really nice pajama outfit to cheer her up being in a home. I sent it to be washed when she was 1st transferred back from a Largo ALF to Bayshore and staff snatched the beautiful matching pants up right away there. So she's wearing the soft ribbed purple top from the department store here with some plain scratchy grey sweat pants. What a horrible place. Very poor care here. They treated my family with disrespect and don't even have any staff who speaks spanish, which is crazy considering this is Tampa?? They have attitude when you ask for help and take forever to get to your requests, even something as simple as a cup of water. I really can't believe how you can take a job assisting the elderly and have 0 respect or empathy for them. It's insane. If you have loved ones, this is not the place.
