I asked Paul ( Peyman ) to come and fix a leaking faucet in my shower. I bought the cartridge myself from Home Depot, and he came to install it. After he changed the cartridge and left the place, the faucet was still leaking. When I contacted him to fix the problem, he told me there was no warranty because I had purchased the part myself. His prices are fair and reasonable and on top of that he has a team of other experts in his network that you could rely on when you need non-plumbing related help. He is patient and even spends time to answer any questions you might have after he completes a job at your place.
