We have really appreciated the care and support we have received for our son for the last 4 years at Bayshore Pediatrics. We see Dr. Heinze and he always given us extra time to ask a million questions and reassure us when our child is sick and we need to discuss what our options are for treatment. As a first time parent; you don’t always know what to do. The staff here takes the time to explain what your options are medically and has always treated us with kindness and respect. Doctor and nurses are not really interested or helpful. My child got a diagnosis I tried to call for resources and support from the doctor, ( he was a male) and they never answer, returned calls, and never really supported. I was there for a few months before I switched . I would NOT recommend

My family has been patients of Bayshore pediatric group for more than 20 years now. My children’s main pediatrician is fantastic. However, anytime the children have been seen by anyone else in the group, it has also been a great experience. I would certainly recommend Bayshore Pediatric clinic to others.
