Been here for 3 month Me and my lady both love it.Rates are very reasonable.The park has a laid back Old Florida vacation vibe to it Location is in the middle of a beautiful historic Victorian neighborhood 2 blocks from Sponge Docks and the park has a dock with accsess to the Gulf John the owner is a stand up guy friendly, courtios and helpful. This is a hidden gem you may never find cause if you blink your gonna miss the entrance
A great family run spot on the Anclote River with a mixture of residents and short term campers. Well maintained park and grounds with picnic tables available on the docks. The waterfront sites are perfect for seeing passing dolphins, manatees and small boats or just spending the day. Close to the beaches and downtown. 10 minute ride to the sponge docks and beautiful waterfront. We have stayed a few times on different occasions and always a enjoyable and quiet time.
Loved the place. It’s on the water and in walking distance to downtown. The sites are large and the owners friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great time! I’ll be back😎

Attempted to stay there last weekend but the park could not accommodate our 40’ fifth wheel or our friends 37’ travel trailer. The people were very nice and tried to get us in but we could not maneuver in the VERY small space. Sites are literally right on top of each other, and after traveling 4 hours we then had to find a different place to stay. They should not be accepting reservations for the bigger rigs. Photos are definitely deceiving.
