The loan officers, specifically Norman ******and Tracee *********never sent the electronic file of my appraisal which cost me $600.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The mortgage lender lied and several people were negatively impacted. Manager won't return my call. Worst experience ever.
Spoke with someone, seemed friendly and legit. As we texted back and forth, began to sound too casual and made me nervous. Sent back a small heart to the last response I sent. I hope I haven't made a mistake divulging personal info for pre-loan qualification.
I have been working with Lindsey Riddlebarger at Bayshore Mortgage for 7 years and she is the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspect of the lending process. Her ability to help buyers position themselves to qualify for the best possible loan terms is unprecedented.

Dominick is hands down the best lender in the industry. When we have him on the team in a transaction we know everything will go smoothly. Having worked with tons of lenders in the past I have a lot of experience in knowing how things should and should not be done. Dominick and his team have a flawless system. Communication is key and they are one step ahead of everything 100% of the time. He has no rival in this industry.

Horrible underwriting staff. Slow.... seems like they took on too many customers and couldn't get 2 of my loans in on time. Four and a half month refi and on my subsequent purchase they were 4 days late on the closing ( the date was in the contract )! Didn't even look at my loan for final review until 2 days before I was supposed to close. Then asked for more info.
