Double booked a limo wanted to up grade me to bus then charged 400 more still 3 weeks later still have not refunded my money.... will not ever choose this company again. I can understand making a mistake to double book but the customer service and staff very rude an no help.
They went above and beyond to help us out! Great company!
Limo service exceeded my expectations the reviews are LEGIT !!!! My driver was perfect for my wedding and complete gentleman with a good sense of humor . I can’t remember his name but he was a little older in age with some grey hair . He even had gum for me lol I needed some because I was a pregnant bride so it definitely helped with the nausea I didn’t tell him that though lol anyways thank you Bayshore limo continue to be great !
