Very nice view, fantastic
Owner is very entitled and only wants the rich people to visit. He wants the peasants to come at off peak times so the rich can enjoy the peak times. Incredibly out of touch with most of society.
Most disappointing! First impression - Fantastic & thought made the right choice! Spoke to soon.... Warning - Please ensure your room that does not have a room above. If yes, good luck as it is most probably staff quarters and you will not have any sleep with the stomping and noise from above. At 10pm, walk out to check what going on and saw a staff walking up and spoke to her about the noise. She said she will address it. Not only it was not, got worse till close to 11pm. Rooms are very comfortable with wonderful views. Unfortunately, the rooms are starting to show their age though and we had issues with having no hot water. On the second day we had a very large spider visit the room, but that is going to happen in the mountains. Overall, I would stay again. Service is fantastic and the location is great. These are reflected in the price per night but Waterton is magical and worth the cost.
