If I can give negative Stars I would this company is unethical and every single way do not purchase anything from Bayshore home sales they sell garbage they are greedy and they don't care about you as a tenant or their employees they only care about ripping you off and making money
Hello, May 2020 i purchased a home from Bayshore Home Sales. It was written in to my purchase agreement that they would complete siding and roofing as well as replace a broken stove and repair flooring they tore up after my home purchase. I have called weekly since July of 2020 trying to get these things resolved. They just comped my lot rent for December January and February which is appreciated however the outstanding repairs have not been made. Review for your site: Worst management company ever (but best site mgr oddly enough)! Raise rents annually "because they can" (direct quote from mgmt) but offer fewer and fewer services every year. No explanation of why the rents need to go up other than they just want more money, even though no one's wages have increased. No improvements, no new features or services... just demands for more money like a spoiled baby. Charge pet rent for pets that never leave the home (like fish, cats, and birds).
