Bayshore has many great nurses. God knows we have had a few. One stands out from all the rest and her name is Sydney. Excellent nurse and beautiful person. One in a million.

Terrible experience I had with this company, they either show up without calling a 1/2 an hour to sometimes 1 hour early and expects us to be home. Then the PSW get kind of angry when we are now home and it's not even their time to be here the park wherever they feel like it and I call the company worth to park. They do put it in the care plan and email, but most of the PS w's do not read their emails like pearl who came last night.She shows up at seven thirty when she's supposed to be here 8 PM.\nThe only reason why she sho... read more

I have covid and The emergency department scheduled Bayshore home health to give me my doses of Covid vaccine. I have been waiting for information from Bayshore, but no one seems to be able to provide me with any information on when and what time the schedule nurse is supposed to come. Bayshore missed the appointment yesterday as the scheduled nurse was supposed to come yesterday but did not show up. It is going on two days. I am waiting for Assistance from Bayshore. We are approximately 10 days into having Bayshore create a care plan for my Dad .. I am more than pleased with the quality, professionalism, kindness and patience we have recieved from every single individual that Bayshore has sent to my Dad's home.. the experience to this point has been exceptional and very positive. I will update this review if that changes, but i am very hopeful that my Dad's services will continue to be a positive addition to him living in his own home idependently.

Your employee Juvy thought it was appropriate to park in my driveway, blocking access from two of my vehicles from parking while she attended a call 20 units away. When confronted, instead of admitting fault and understanding her actions made no sense. She decided to call her employer to then whine and complain about the instructions between the three of us.
