Absolutely amazing in terms of showing up. My only concern is that they're not very helpful for cleaning up. I could complain, but I'm just thankful they're there everyday for my Parent that has late stage Alzheimer's Miles apart by comparison to any other company doing this as we have had many others and some are just terrible.

I have been with Bayshore for more than a year now. They have been excellent. We have established a regular routine. The PSWs are wonderful with my father who has a gruff sense of humour. They treat both my mother and father with care and concern. Communication with the office is simple, and they are pro-actively communicating (and solving) issues with scheduling. I can always check the status of my parents with the easy-to-use Bayshore app.
