Rebecca is very pleasant, respectful, and easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease. And it was great to chat with her throughout the appointment. 2nd appointment here and will continue to receive care here. The clinic has great communication and care for their patients.

Not exaggerating or even trying to funny, -1Million/10 would not recommend. They don't have a single ounce of compassion. It's like they hire anyone off the street and the one requirement is to not care. They don't listen to other medical professionals who's job it is to assess the patient for proper handling. For example, using two psw's to lift her out of her chair properly, so she doesn't get injured. They were a bit aggressive getting her out of her chair one day and really cut her leg. Only a couple of PSWs truly cared for my mom, truly out of the 20 plus they sent. Most of them dont want to feed my mom or clean her or make mom comfortable they just want to come in and get out within 30 mins and only want to chit chat or do light housekeeping. There are so many book offs in the last min. There is no backup PSW for book offs. I have complained to the management so many times their only excuse is they dont have staff in the Binbrook area. Very poor communication 😕👎 management needs to do BETTER!! Can't say anything about the psw , they don't call in time and show up with out announcements ....18 days out of hospital without being seen 😪 pathetic. Hope you get the same care as u give!
