The nurse that came to my house, Cibi was terrific, really made a bad situation much better through her care.
One of the ostomy nurses was pushing Hollister flanges that were way too big. I ended up with huge blisters around my stoma and on top of that she she cauterized some skin around my stoma without freezing it and then laughed and made fun of me when I screamed because it hurt so much. I hope she has been fired. She was my doctor's wife or I would have reported her to the head office of CCAC and to ONA.
My wife has dementia and can no longer walk on her own. I don't understand where all these negative comments are coming from or what has happened to others, but I have to say BayShore and the people I have coming are absolutely amazing. Maybe not all PSWs are the same, but the ones I have are great and make my life a bit better since I'm the caregiver.
The reception staff is having so many personal conversations and not paying attention. Also the nurses outside are telling me all different treatments. Especially one nurse who told me that I should picket against the health care. He would join me if I did. I had a 3 o'clock appointment showed up early and waited . Other patients showed up at 315 for 3pm and got to go in ahead. . Truly amazing they have gave a government contract. Also if anyone knows anywhere to go in Windsor Ontario please let me know
one of your staff comes an hour late when he damn knows the residents of this specific community had to be ready before 7am. then he leaves immediately because everyone were already taken care off and he has nothing to do. and i think it is becoming his tactic these days to be free of work. very unreliable.
