The gentleman helping my 92 y old mom was much more patient, kind and clearly spoken than all the female highly-paid physiotherapists. He clearly repeated the instructions and supervised her all the way. And he explained the reason for those exercises better than anyone!!! Thank you again G.

I have never really had wound care until now but I have had a lot of medical experiences. I am happy to say that this location has exceeded my expectations. They are so supportive, empathetic, caring and professional. Wound care isn’t the easiest thing to go through. It’s draining and torturous in some regards but the staff here have helped to emotionally and physically support me through that. Went here numerous times for wound care in late 2024 - 2025. Loved about every nurse that saw me, I became a regular here lol. Will say I wasn't a huge fan of the ever-increasing wait times towards the final visits
The nurse that came to my house, Cibi was terrific, really made a bad situation much better through her care.
