Good service
I have never really had wound care until now but I have had a lot of medical experiences. I am happy to say that this location has exceeded my expectations. They are so supportive, empathetic, caring and professional. Wound care isn’t the easiest thing to go through. It’s draining and torturous in some regards but the staff here have helped to emotionally and physically support me through that. Went here numerous times for wound care in late 2024 - 2025. Loved about every nurse that saw me, I became a regular here lol. Will say I wasn't a huge fan of the ever-increasing wait times towards the final visits
The nurse that came to my house, Cibi was terrific, really made a bad situation much better through her care.
One of the ostomy nurses was pushing Hollister flanges that were way too big. I ended up with huge blisters around my stoma and on top of that she she cauterized some skin around my stoma without freezing it and then laughed and made fun of me when I screamed because it hurt so much. I hope she has been fired. She was my doctor's wife or I would have reported her to the head office of CCAC and to ONA.
