I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the services provided by Bayshore, particularly regarding the appalling scheduling practices for my brother, who is a paralyzed stroke patient. The scheduling has been nothing short of outrageous. Assigning the first care visit at 11:30 in the morning, and on other occasions at 12:30, is entirely unacceptable for an individual who is immobile, vulnerable, and left lying in his own bodily fluids due to the lack of timely assistance. Absolutely dispicable, my father is in worse care than the hospital. Disrespectful staff in our home, going through personal cupboards, improper cleaning and care. Staff not giving updates on the situation with the care coordinators, regarding his care. Unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful and not careful staff. If I wanted to listen to personal drama, or work politics, I would watch a soap opera. Keep it professional, about the client, and not complaining other staff infront of your client. I am leaving for stars because there is always room for improvement in my opinion.Havjng said that, I have to admit that having Bayshore support us while caring for our father helped tremendously. As a live-in caregiver, it's difficult to leave a loved one in the care of someone else whom you can trust. The Bayshore staff always insured that is how we felt and if there were cases that I wasn't confident at any point, the coordinators provided quick solutions and alternatives.
